Data minimisation
The public website collects only the information needed to respond to an enquiry contact details, organisation/role, and the enquiry itself. No secrets, payment details, or sensitive personal data are collected through this site.
Security practice
Enquiry data is transmitted securely and handled by authorised RoboNest and College of Engineering, Prince Sultan University staff only. No credentials or provider API keys are stored in the website's source code.
Future registration portal
A future student/school registration portal will involve more extensive data handling and will be governed by its own, separately reviewed data-protection terms before launch.
